We place the utmost importance on the quality of our materials. We source premium Italian fabrics, all OEKO-TEX® certified, and prioritize recycled nylon fibers, ECONYL®, for a more sustainable and responsible approach to swimwear.
Our metallic ornaments are plated with 18k gold and are fully resistant to both seawater and chlorine. They are designed to be thermo-resistant, ensuring they won’t overheat or burn your skin when exposed to the sun. Certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (CQ974/1, IFTH), they meet the highest human-ecological standards. Additionally, our charms hold the REACH certification, which ensures a high level of protection for human health and the environment against potential chemical risks.

To preserve the quality of your swimsuit, we recommend rinsing and hand-washing with a soap-free detergent after each use (delicate program). Do not tumble dry. Never soak your swimsuit.
Never store your swimsuit in its May Rose pouch when wet.
ORDER
We regularly restock our current season pieces throughout the year. To be notified as soon as your desired size is available, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page. However, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges or hold pieces in advance.
Your confirmation email should arrive in your registered inbox within 2 hours. Please also check your Junk/Spam folder. If you haven’t received it after this time, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team.
If you need to make changes, please contact our team as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not always be possible. Be sure to double-check your items and address details before completing your purchase.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Try reformatting your name and address, using a different browser, or selecting an alternative payment method like PayPal. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each order is carefully prepared by our logistics team, located in the Paris region, France.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We offer both home delivery and pickup point options. You can choose between Chronopost home delivery (with or without signature), Colissimo, or Mondial Relay for shipments within Europe, and FedEx for international orders outside Europe.
The delivery method can be selected at checkout.
Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM are shipped the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. If you haven’t received this email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
Please allow 2-6 business days from the shipment date for your order to arrive. Keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and international customs processing may cause additional delays.
To track your order, simply use the tracking number you received by email along with your shipping postcode, and follow the instructions on our tracking page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re confident you’ll love your pieces, but if you experience any quality issues or faults, we’ll work quickly to resolve them. Please reach out to our Customer Care team. Suspected faulty items must be returned through our standard returns process for inspection by our quality control team.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us via the Contact page on our website or by email at contact@mayroseswimwear.com. Be sure to include your order number (found in your confirmation email), the item(s) you wish to return, and the item(s) you would like in exchange (item/size/color).
Next, please visit our returns portal to initiate the return process in accordance with our Return Policy.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our returns team, we will ship your requested exchange item(s).
We cover the shipping costs for sending out your new item(s).
Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit. Please log all returns on our returns portal to ensure our team can pick this up.
Items must be returned in their original state with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn, damaged, smell strongly or delivered outside of the stated 21 day return window will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, items that are returned without their original tags attached will not be accepted.
Swimwear bottoms will be shipped with a hygiene protector sticker in place. Please be advised that any bottoms with this removed will not be accepted for returns. If this sticker is missing when the order reaches you, please let our team know as soon as you receive the item.
Sale items, including those purchased with a discount of 15% or more, are final sale and not eligible for return.
When trying on any swimwear bottoms we would ask for underwear to be worn underneath to protect the item. Any returned bottoms with signs of wear will sadly be rejected due to health and safety reasons.
We accept returns of items for exchange or a refund. All items must be in new condition, with tags and hygiene liners intact. To start your return, use our return portal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund. Sale items, including those purchased with a discount of 15% or more, are final sale and not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear. We do not accept returns or exchanges of worn, soiled, or stained items.
